Just realized this group is called “Easy Home Cooking From Africa” and not “Easy Ordering Takeout From Africa”… which explains why my pot is currently burning while I scroll recipes. I’m here for: 5‑ingredient miracles Anything that cooks in one pot And recipes that don’t require me to sell a cow to buy spices If you see me posting a “simple” recipe with 18 ingredients, please gently remind me where I am and send me a beginner‑friendly stew, jollof, chakalaka, something before I embarrass my ancestors.
